About The BWB

Overview:
Begun in March 2009, we are a group of area businesswomen who meet for lunch and laughs on the second Tuesday of each month. Our meetings provide an opportunity for business women to share expertise, experiences, and successes in a supportive, business-oriented atmosphere that encourages personal and professional growth and prosperity.

Vision:
The Brockville Women in Business (BWB) group provides a venue where business women can meet and network with other business women in an environment that is inclusive, respectful, and caring. BWB members are enthusiastic, happy, connected, confident, and stand ready to provide encouragement, mentoring and voluntary support to each other and our community.  We recognize and celebrate our members’ successes and achievements.

Mission:
The Brockville Women in Business (BWB) group is a volunteer organization which exists to serve women who are active in business in Brockville and the surrounding area. We come together to share, to connect with other like-minded business women and to raise the profile of these women and their businesses. The BWB holds monthly lunch-and-learn sessions for its members, provides mentorship opportunities, hosts public events to showcase our members' businesses, and supports local charities
